Grew up here and visited recently and went here for the first time. It's so very Boyertown and it's fantastic.

This place is an absolute gem! My kid was only about 16 months old when the pandemic lockdowns began, so most of the last year has been spent outdoors. We still enjoy it, but I spend more time looking for interesting things for him to see indoors. Museums and things like that are always great for a two and a half year old to see. And like all toddlers, my kid is absolutely addicted to cars and trucks. I found this museum through a simple Google search. It looked fine, but I didn't expect how Grand it really was. The place is absolutely enormous and has an endless display of gorgeous classic and antique vehicles. Everything back to the beginning of motor transportation, and all of it built in pennsylvania. There is also a huge room where the blacksmithing process is shown and how old carriages and sleighs were built. The entire place is absolutely gorgeous. It cannot be cleaner, or more well-appointed. It is as interesting as it is beautiful. It is also a terrific value at $10 for adults, nine if you are AAA member. My son got in for free as he is under 3 years old. It was worth the hour and 10 minute drive, no question. I plan to take him again, and the rest of the family next time.

We went on a Saturday afternoon and enjoyed seeing examples and history of the Boyertown Auto Body works and the surrounding areas in Pennsylvania. The volunteer offered great background of what we were seeing and answered all of our questions. If your intent is to just walk through and only look at cars then probably not for you. If you would like to learn about Boyertown (and surrounding PA areas) rich car history then this is the place to check out.

Interesting look at Pennsylvania car history. The associate welcomed us and had cool stories about the place. Worth the trip for an auto museum.

You need to tour this place and find out who the first Pennsylvania carmakers were. Two Duyrea brothers were before Henry Ford!

I've heard about the museum for as long as I could remember, but I've just never paid a visit until today. I took my 9 year old son and we both loved it! Highly impressed with the collection. My son was really impressed with the Reading Diner and how it was moved from its original location to the museum.
